Seascale St Cuthbert

Location: The church stands in a prominent position on a hill just inland of the coastal railway station and overlooking the sea, beach, shops and recreation areas.
Description: St Cuthbert's is built in 1890 of the local St Bees red sandstone. It has a relatively light and airy interior with some beautiful stained glass windows. Portable ramps are provided for wheelchair access and a sound loop for the hard of hearing. Toilets are available in the nearby Church Hall. Location of keys for access outside services is posted on the church notice board.
1st Sunday: 8.00 am Holy Communion; 9.30 am Parish Communion; 6.30 pm United Evening Service with the Methodist Church - alternate months at the Methodist Church, Seascale
