Aikton St Andrew

Location: Situated approximately 1 mile east of the village in the direction of Wiggonby (signposted from road).
Description: St Andrew’s is a beautiful traditional village church which has been the heart of worship in Aikton for most of the last thousand years. It is an architectural gem set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views over the Lake District. Our worship incorporates a rich variety of styles to reflect modern tastes and our traditional Anglican heritage. St Andrew’s is part of the wider benefice of Barony of Burgh which also incorporates Burgh-by-Sands, Kirkandrews on Eden with Beaumont and Grinsdale, Great Orton and Kirkbampton.
1st Sunday: United Benefice Communion Service with Sunday School at Burgh Church at 10am
2nd Sunday: Family Communion at 11.15am
3rd Sunday: Holy Communion (Said) at 11.15am

4th Sunday: Holy Communion CW at 11.15am
