| Location: |
Situated prominently at the Northern end of the village. |
| Description: |
St Giles’s is a beautiful village church which has been the heart of worship in Great Orton for almost 1,000 years. Our worship incorporates a rich variety of styles to reflect modern tastes and our Anglican heritage.
We also have a women’s fellowship group, “The Hub”, which meets on Tuesday mornings during term time.
St Giles’s is part of the wider benefice of Barony of Burgh which also incorporates Aikton, Kirkandrews on Eden with Beaumont and Grinsdale, Burgh-by-Sands and Kirkbampton.
