The Bishop of Carlisle has appointed the Revd Prebendary Kevin Roberts, currently Vicar of Meole Brace in the diocese of Lichfield, as Archdeacon of Carlisle and Canon Residentiary of Carlisle Cathedral.

Hawkshead Parish Church Music for a Summer Evening

A series of concerts in the beautiful setting of Hawkshead Parish Church



August - Tues 5 - Charles Edmondson - Harpsichord, Organ, Piano.  Tues 12 - Lake District Summer Music Concert.  Tues 19 - Stevie Jennings - Adams - Soprano and Piano.  Tues 26 - Paul Gregson - The Organist Entertains.  All performances begin at 8.00 pm.  No charge for admission.  Retiring collection for Christian Aid and other charities.   Last year we donated £4,700 to charities.
