The Bishop of Carlisle has appointed the Revd Prebendary Kevin Roberts, currently Vicar of Meole Brace in the diocese of Lichfield, as Archdeacon of Carlisle and Canon Residentiary of Carlisle Cathedral.

Lent Course

Overview

The 2008 Lent Course takes as its theme: Generosity. 

Partly this is to support the new Parish Offering System, under the heading Generosity for Revival.  But of course Generosity is the heart of God's dealings with us, and is, with Hope, the heart of Christianity.
