Ministry Development Lead
The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a gifted teacher who is committed to ministry development and has the ability to enthuse, listen and resource others in both lay and ordained ministries.
You will need to combine excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and deliver. For this new role will make a key contribution to implementing our Ministry Development Vision and Plan for 2030.
Underpinned by the values of our God for All strategy, we are seeking a Ministry Development Lead who is able to relate generously and positively to those of theological traditions other than their own.
This is a part-time position of 21 hours a week.
Salary £40,462 FTE plus 15% non-contributory pension or an ordained candidate could choose to remain in the Church of England Clergy Pension Scheme.
This post is subject to an occupational requirement that the postholder be a practising Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
