Head of Human Resources and Governance
Ali is responsible for providing the HR and Governance service to the Diocese. This includes HR policies and procedures, employment law, clergy terms of service, support to parishes, GDPR and overseeing the governance, administration and secretarial functions.

Human Resources Adviser
Helen is responsible for recruitment, providing HR advice, managing HR processes including payroll and providing support to the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser.

Personal Assistant to the Archdeacons
Philip is Secretary to the Archdeacons of Westmorland and Furness, and West Cumberland. He manages the Archdeacons' offices and his responsibilities include managing the Archdeacons diaries and arranging meetings, acting as first port of call for enquiries, and planning the Archdeacons' triannual Visitation and Appraisal programme.

Secretariat, Governance and Office Manager
Cath is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Church House, providing a full secretariat service to the key Diocesan Committees, overseeing the election paperwork and advising parishes on the legal/administrative framework under which they operate.

Church House Administrator
Anna is responsible for providing efficient administrative services. This includes DBS processing, Safeguarding training records, providing administrative support to the Head of Communications, managing the online Church statistics system, maintaining parish electoral roll figures and administering the new PTO register.
