    •  Do you have a heart to equip the whole church in mission and to share the Christian faith with new people in new ways?
    • Are you a champion of pioneering and an advocate for a thriving mixed ecology?
    • Do you have the drive and experience to equip lay and ordained leaders with the skills and confidence to faithfully improvise and develop new worshipping communities, especially for young people and young adults?

The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a Director of Missional Revitalisation who is creative and innovative as well as being enthusiastic and committed to partnership working. For alongside colleagues, the postholder will play a significant role in enabling the local church and mission communities to be bolder in their missional ambition and imagination.

You will also line manage a small team, including a Growing Younger Enabler for Youth, who has a pivotal role in the delivery of the Growing Younger Strategy. Specifically, the oversight of Network Youth Church (young people aged 10-18yr olds) and the developing work with young adults aged 18-25yr olds.
