Bishop's Harvest Appeal 2026
Dear friends,
We read constantly of the squeeze on household finances due to the cost of living. So, a huge thank you goes to those who supported last year’s Bishop’s Harvest Appeal. We saw an increase in annual giving of nearly £2,500; that is amazing!
This year, sees the culmination of our three year programme of support for Christian Aid’s work in Burkina Faso, helping families in rural communities to find sustainable sources of food, income and dignity; and partnering with Church Mission Society in Northern Argentina to grow new indigenous Christian leaders for ministry.
As you will read here, much has been achieved in those years, thanks to your kindness and generosity. My deep wish is that this continues over the next 12 months as together we support our brothers and sisters in Christ across the world.
This harvest season, please prayerfully discern what you can give to the Appeal and encourage people in your church to do the same as with God’s grace we continue to see people’s lives flourish.
