If so… we are seeking a Leader for Solway Network Youth Church, Cumbria.

Solway NYC is a thriving suite of Christian youth projects that run throughout the Solway Deanery.

You will:

• Inspire and empower young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.

• Build on the excellent relationships that Solway NYC has with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.

• Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.

• Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.

• Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.

This role is based in Solway, Cumbria.

Salary: £31,795 plus 15% employers pension contribution for qualified Youth Leaders.
