We are excited to be recruiting for THREE new ministry roles in Barrow-in-Furness in South Cumbria:

Two new Growing Younger Mission & Discipleship Enablers, each embedded in a pairing of local parishes and enabling ministry amongst 0-18s, and a new Network Youth Church Leader with a town-wide focus on 11-18s.

These new team members will work closely together to bring God’s message of love to rising generations in our town, as well as operating within the Rising Faith Barrow vision.

Can you lead and develop pioneering Christian Youth Ministry?

Can you help young people aged 11-18 discover life in all its fullness?

If so… we are seeking creative, enthusiastic, Christian Youth Leaders to lead Network Youth Church in Barrow Deanery.

You will be:

• Inspiring and empowering young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.

• Building relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.

• Leading and shaping a pioneering youth church, reimagining what faith gatherings can look like.

• Working alongside passionate partners in mission, collaborating to create a dynamic network of support.

• Supported and equipped with training and resources to grow in your own ministry journey.
