WHAT WE ARE PRAYING FOR

We are praying for someone who:

• Is deeply in love with Jesus, and longs to see his Kingdom come in Cumbria as it is in heaven.
• Carries a pioneering heart, ready to gather people, build community, and step out in faith to see new disciples formed.
• Thrives in a Word-and-Spirit environment, confident in the authority of Scripture and expectant for the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit today.
• Is excited by the vision of a gathered-and-scattered church, forming intergenerational disciples who shape their communities with faith, courage and imagination.
• Feels called not simply to serve an existing congregation, but to help establish and lead new worshipping communities as part of a growing movement of church planting across Cumbria.
• Is generous, courageous and collaborative; someone who inspires others, releases gifts, and builds teams that contend for regional renewal.

We long to see a curate flourish here: rooted in Jesus, formed in mission, and equipped to pioneer whatever God calls them into next, in partnership with others across the county who are praying and working for renewal.
