The vision is deeply Christian, with Jesus’ promise of ‘life in all its fullness’ right at the core. There are four basic elements that interplay and run through the whole approach, an ‘ecology’ of the fullness of life. They offer a vision of educating for: 

• Wisdom, knowledge and skills
• Hope and aspiration 
• Community and living well together 
• Dignity and respect
