St Mary'S Church, Allithwaite, LA117RD
Welcome to St Mary's Allithwaite!
for more up to date information please check out our website: St Mary's Church
We're always delighted to welcome you to our regular gatherings most Sundays for singing, praying, learning from the Bible, sharing the bread and wine of communion and lots of chatting over coffee afterwards. Most Sunday mornings we start at 10am. Every 2nd Sunday in the month we currently come together at 4pm. And on the 4th Sunday we either meet in church or with the other church in our benefice (st John the Baptist, Flookburgh)
St May's has comfortable chairs, we mostly lead worship from a screen, and have a resident worship band.
St Mary's is a great venue for a wedding or Christening, and makes a fitting place to remember loved ones who have died, in a funeral service.
The view across 'The Bay' outside is breathtaking.
